The Near Miss-Helping to Maintain Safety

In my last article, I discussed how keeping employees aware of workplace hazards is a key element of accident prevention. As employees’ awareness lessens over time, firms with successful safety programs rely on internal processes to identify and alert them when this diminished attention to hazards occurs.
