Many technologies exist for reducing CO2 emissions at the stack but these all add to the cost of production. Governments and businesses are increasingly looking at ways to better manage the CO2 emissions problem including trading agreements, better methods of reducing the amount of CO2 released at the stack, and new ways of capturing and reusing the CO2 before it is released into the atmosphere.
